Looking for a simple yet meaningful way to support your child’s class? Becoming a class parent is a great way to stay connected, meet other parents, and help build a strong school community.

What does a class parent do?

• Start a class WhatsApp group to keep parents connected.

• Attend the class parent evening in term 1 to get started.

• Organise a casual class catch-up so families can get to know each other.

• Share important updates from the teacher to other parents.

• Find volunteers to help with events.

• Coordinate an end-of-year ‘Thank you’ gift for the teacher.

Being a class parent is a fun, social, and rewarding way to be involved in your child’s education while making a difference!
