Run an event
Interested in running an event?
Many community-led events are run for the BPPS community each year, such as:
Mums’ night out
Dads and kids Paper Planes night
Annual Spring high tea
Gingerbread house workshop
These events are not run by the P&C but by BPPS parents who so generously donate their time. The purpose of such events is to enrich and strengthen our school community beyond the P&C’s efforts, and any funds raised for the school are an added bonus.
How the P&C can support you
If you’re planning to run and event and would like support, the P&C is able to help with:
Event comms - sharing details of your event with class parents, on the BPPS Facebook page, and in the weekly school newsletter.
Flexischools - if you plan to sell tickets to your event, we can set it up for you on Flexischools and help manage RSVPs.
Vendor payments - we can facilitate payment to event vendors on your behalf, provided the appropriate approval processes have been followed.
Submit a proposal
We’re always eager to hear new ideas, and are excited that you’re interested in planning a social event or fundraiser!
To ensure we can provide adequate support, please complete a proposal form.
Submit a social proposal if you wish to organise a social event. Submit a fundraising proposal if you plan to raise money for the school as part of your initiative.
